The five-doorpact, designed under thepany's new owner, China's Zhejiang Geely, also features a backswept headlight and panoramic glass roof. Volvo will start building the car in May and sell it mainly in Europe, where demand is strongest for small vehicles in large urban areas. It won't be sold in the United States.

Craig Moffett, an Chanel Shoulder Bags analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., on AT&T's talks to sell a majority stake in Chanel Bags its Yellow Pages unit to Cerberus Capital Management. The deal would value the entire business at about $1.5 billion, two sources said, and AT&T would retain a substantial minority stake.
